Private use
HERMAN WORK Contacts is a private tool used solely by its owner for personal business productivity and workflow management. It is not a public or commercial service and no access is offered to the general public.
Permitted use
The tool may be used only for lawful contact management and related work records. Access to Google Contacts is limited to the Google account authorized by the owner.
Availability
The tool is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from errors.
Responsibility
The owner is responsible for maintaining access credentials, backups, system security, and compliance with applicable laws when using the tool.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HERMAN WORK is not liable for loss of data, interruption, or indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the tool.
Changes
These terms may be updated when the tool or its operating requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
