Private use

HERMAN Services is private software used solely by its owner for personal business productivity and workflow management. It is not a public or commercial service.

Permitted use

The tools may be used only for lawful contact management, email delivery and related private workflow operations.

Google services

Access to Google services is limited to the Google account explicitly authorized by the owner and to the permissions granted by that owner.

Availability

The software is provided as-is and as-available, without guarantees of uninterrupted availability or freedom from errors.

Responsibility

The owner is responsible for recipients, messages and other actions initiated through the software.
